We use : 1000 and 500 dennier cordura nylon by Dupont; #8 nylon coil zippers by YKK; 100% nylon webbing and seam tape; #69 nylon thread; acetal quick release buckles, clips, snaps, sliders and D rings by Nexus.

All seams are 1/2" - double or triple stiched and finished with a 1" nylon webbing tape. Our designs incorporate higher stich density welds at stress points as well as additional layers of material.

The PanPack ^TM is a bicycle pannier bag which converts quickly and easily into a backpack! It is available in four sizes from 16 Litres to 60 Litres. Also, for added convenience the smaller versions fasten quickly and easily to the larger models.

This allows you to go on cycle trips with both front and rear pannier bags and at the same time gives you the convenience of shouldering all your luggage when cycling is not required (for example: while in airports, and trainstations).
