Meet Francois Le Sellier, world class adventure racer and instructor.

Originally an elite long distance runner, Francois discovered his passion for outdoors sport in 1994. His strong endurance and multisport abilities quickly led him to Adventure Racing, which immediately proved successful. Francois is now recognized as a strong ultra-distance triathlete, but is most known for his impressive wins in Adventure Racing, specifically:

Francois is currently an Adventure Racing Academy instructor. In October 2000, His passion for sport and adventure will be put to the test during a 6-month tandem bike trip across South-East Asia with his fiancée Sophie ! They will tackle Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and China. As a world-class Adventure Racing team captain, Francois knows better than anyone the importance of choosing the right equipment for an expedition. After an agonizing search for the right panniers, each pack came up short for his needs until he stumbled upon www.panpack.com, and the World Tour Panpack: Francois says"The World Tour Panpack is just PERFECT! The pannier that comes in second in my preference list is so far behind in terms of how-it-meets-what-I-am-looking-for that I feel fortunate I found that link to panpack.com."

Francois has chosen the World Tour PanPack for this remote journey because: 1: it can become a backpack. This is particularly useful during those occasions when He'll leave the bike behind to explore on foot, Francois knows that " carrying the pannier is the only way to prevent your valueables from being stolen (yes, panniers get stolen), and carrying the pannier for hours as a backpack is just the most comfortable way to do so!. All the other pannier manufacturers offered solutions (when they offered one at all) much less convenient". 2: It's BIG! 60 liters! That means in his case (as he is a specialist in minimizing the volume of equipment to carry), he can afford to bring only one Panpack for two people. So His fiancée can enjoy the trip without having to carry a pack, it also means Less luggage to look after. 3: The World Tour Panpack is made with the toughest material available. Good luck Francois in your adventures!
